Associate memberships are available to American citizen of full age and good moral character and have never been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor or for any offense punishable by imprisonment.
I, the undersigned, certifying that I am an American citizen of full age and good moral character, and have never been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor, do hereby apply for admission as an Associate Member of the Pennsylvania Criminal Investigators Lodge #92, Fraternal Order of Police. If elected to membership, I promise to abide by the By-laws and all rules and regulations: to pay all annual dues regularly fixed by this lodge, and to conduct myself at all times in such a manner as not to bring reproach upon the Fraternal Order of Police, its Pennsylvania Criminal Investigators Lodge #92 or upon myself. I also agree that violation of this pledge shall result in forfeiture of membership and all its privileges. If my membership shall be revoked for any reason, I do hereby agree to return to said lodge the auto emblems and membership card signifying my Associate Membership with the Lodge.
